Access Numbers

To access A3tel's telephone services, you must dial a toll free (e.g.,
866-xxx-xxxx) number. After dialing an access number you may be required
to enter your PIN, unless PIN-Avoid is enabled and compatible with your
origination number, and then the destination telephone number, or
FAST-Dial Code which represents the destination telephone number.

Pin-Avoid

With PIN-Avoid, you can avoid the hassle of dialing the PIN to access
your account. When you sign up for the service, we make sure that the
phone numbers you provide in your information are stored as PIN-Avoid and
you don't have to worry about PIN numbers any more if you are calling
from any of those numbers.
However, if you want to add more numbers in your PIN-Avoid, you can do
so by going to your preferences and adding more PIN-Avoid numbers.
Limitations of PIN-Avoid

FAST-Dial

With FAST-Dial, you don't have to dial the full destination number but
just a short code assigned to it. For e.g., if your full destination
number is 01191-11-12345678, you could assign a code number 1 to it and
you could then dial just the number 1 and you would be connected to that
01191-11 number.
If you use PIN-Avoid and FAST-Dial together, you just have to dial our
toll free number and then just the FAST-Dial codes to connect you to your
destination.
